Former High School Science Teacher/Basketball Coach and now I work for a commercial real estate management company Personally, my wife who is a realtor in town, look for real estate investment opportunities(that fits our criteria of course) We mostly look for rentals whether its SFR or MF At this point we manager our own properties, but that may change as we grow.
