Hello! I am an "accidental" landlord, who now has the real estate "bug" but would like to learn more...and actually do more. My first two properties, I had lived in and kept them for rentals. I've been learning about other streams of income in real estate (flipping, assuming mortgages, etc) but hesitant to actually pull the trigger and do a deal, in fear of making a costly mistake. My goal is do a deal with a partner soon, so I can learn as I go along. I look forward to learning from all of you and contributing any knowledge I have too.
