I am a native DC native, I currently live 20 min from the white house in the brookland community. I have watched DC from being not a desirable place to live to be in the top five places people you must live. I am very strong, energetic and ready to succeed, my goal is to within the next three years or less from 2018 to leave my 9-5 as a police officer with the help of real estate. I strive for generational change for my family. Experience: I have some real estate experience, which involves my father. My father and stepmother had a vision they purchased several multi-units in DC at their height they had four small multi-family buildings in DC. I learned a little some from my dad on the real estate aspect, although I learned a lot more on the rehab side of investing. I am currently trying to extract all the information I can from him. Real Estate Goals: Through reading these articles on biggerpocktes, it really has made me try to define what I want. As of today, I want to learn how to go to a building put maximum effort into it and turn it into a revenue-generating machine. Not only that I really want to pass on good solid knowledge of wealth generation to my son. Currently Seeking: Buyers, sellers, mentors, and anyone else that can add value to my wholesaling business and that I can add do the same for them.
