I am a Investor and Realtor. My business partner and I run a real estate team out of the Keller Williams office in Mount Dora Florida. Our market covers Orange, Lake, Seminole and parts of Polk and Osceola counties. We specialize in working with sellers and flipping properties and collecting Buy and Hold rentals (BRRRR). We've been involved in more than 1200 transactions and 91 property flips (and counting). We are wanting to learn more here on Bigger Pockets and build up a long term rental portfolio over the next few years.
