Nuclear Medicine has been my profession for 24 years and creating sustainable financial support through real estate investing is where I'm headed. I'm currently doing a live in flip. This is my second foreclosed home purchase and my fourth real estate purchase overall. This is a dual purpose house. We are living in it because it is mortgage free, but it is a targeted money making venture. It's also my first cash purchase. We are doing this without investors or a loan of any type.
