Experience: I have bought and sold 2 primary residences. I have updated both properties and flipped a house with my parents as a teenager. My wife and I purchased our first double early 2018 expecting to keep the long term tenant (7 years) in the other side. It didn't work out the way we expected and so we commenced a full renovation. I performed most of the labor myself except for some plumbing rough in to add a half bath to each side. Happy with the renovations we just placed our new tenant, a family member, in the updated unit. Now currently working to find my next deal. Real Estate Goals: Acquire a new property each year, currently I am looking for another double.
