Jordan Garcia

I’m Jordan! I started my real estate career back in 2016 as a Realtor in Denver and shortly after I purchased my first couple of SF rentals in the Destin/Ft. Walton beach market of Florida. Fast forward to March 2018.. I moved to St Pete and started doing single family flips and long term holds on small multi-family. My passion is using my unique skill set and experience from being an active Realtor, appraiser and investor to help buyers and sellers maneuver in today's market.
