I am new to investing in real estate but look forward to learning as much as I can. I am looking to buy and hold properties to rent out. As a former Marine, I have access to the VA Loan which I plan to utilize as much as possible while starting out. I'm obtaining my Master's Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University.
