Jordan Santiago

Jordan Santiago is a 24 year old real estate investor that is based in New York City. He is also a licensed salesperson in the state of New York. Jordan began wholesaling to begin his real estate investing career at the end of 2017. Now his company, Crowned Mane Real Estate, has flipped over 40 houses since, in NYC, NJ, and 10+ other states, and he teaches others how to do the same. Involved in transactions totaling over $25,000,000, and counting. He also owns $3,500,000 worth of cashflowing multifamily properties in multiple states. Jordan also successfully managed 7 rental units for different local investors as an 18-19 year old, and will soon build his own property management business. Jordan is now creating another branch of his real estate company that will focus on the apartment syndication of large multifamily assets. He is looking to control $1,000,000,000 worth of apartment communities within the next 20 years through the value add model. He is always looking to network and connect with brokers, lenders, other investors, passive investors, and partners to build and grow.
