Hey there! My name is Jordan Sutherland and I live and invest in Lubbock, TX. I'm a third generation real estate investor, Realtor and property manager. I'm also a proud husband and father of three wonderful children. Real estate investing is a passion of mine, along with spending time with my family, traveling, golfing, and many other things. I specialize in assisting long distance investors make acquisitions in my local market. My local market offers great opportunities for cash flow and appreciation, without some of the risks associated with bigger metro areas with inflated prices and larger potential market fluctuations. I have a modest client base from the West coast to the East coast and I have represented investors in over 250 real estate transactions. I'm in the top 1% of buyer's agents in my area by volume. Through bigger pockets, I was able to quit my day job as a professional firefighter, after 9 years of service. Over the last decade, I have built a portfolio that includes over 30 properties worth over 8 million dollars.
