Started by reading a list of books like many of you have and then I found BiggerPockets where it helped take my knowledge to a whole new level. Where I decided to take action and buy my first Rental Property, where I am now cash flowing positively. I wanted to learn more and in the process get some extra income to invest into buying more rental properties, because my W-2 job was not going to get where I want be by the time I have panned.
