Hi BP community, I'm some what new to RE, I say this because while I started investing 17 years ago with my mom's first home, I've only done 5 or 6 deals. Sadly half were really bad and the other I've kept as rentals. I came to BP about a year ago and so far I've not done any RE activity. This is something that I plan to change in 2017; if all goes well, I hope to hold at least 2 multifamily homes though I would like to target a commercial building with 6 to 12 units in a developing neighborhood in NJ.
