Hi, I’m Jorge, the founder of Turey Property Group, focused on acquiring and repositioning residential and multifamily properties in Florida. My investment strategy includes value-add multifamily acquisitions (typically 20–40 unit properties) as well as residential opportunities where renovations and operational improvements can significantly increase value. Over the past several years I’ve dedicated significant time to studying multifamily markets, underwriting deals, and building relationships with brokers, lenders, and capital partners. My focus is on identifying properties where disciplined underwriting, thoughtful renovations, and improved management can increase NOI and long-term value. I’m always interested in connecting with equity partners, private lenders, and experienced operators who are actively involved in multifamily and residential investments.
