Josef Roberge

I am a private investor and developer in Northern California. Over the years I have networked with a large number of fellow investors and built long relationships with them through real estate investing. I began venturing into real estate in 2001. My first project was wholesaling a spec-build with approved permits to a large developer in San Francisco. After he sold the finished home 2 years later for $4.5M, it inspired me to get into development myself. About 50% of my projects are new construction developments, including small sub-divisions. The 50% consists primarily of fixer uppers, flipping single family houses in the bay area. My primary regions are San Francisco and the East Bay.
