I am a Real Estate Investor focused on acquiring rental income property. My past experience has been doing BRRRs and some rentals. Currently out of all of them. I am also a Realtor. Working with Keller Williams On The Water, Bradenton, FL. - Residential Real Estate KW Commercial, Nationally - Commercial Real Estate I am here to learn and expand my skills so I can acquire at least 15 - 20 rental properties in the next 10 years to fund my retirement. Prior to Real Estate, professionally, I’ve had a 30 year career in Consulting and Information Technology. I am a problem solver by nature. Most recently, I was the VP of IT for a Super Regional commercial insurance carrier. That said, I decided to chase my dreams about being a Realtor and also a Yacht Broker (Working with Massey Yacht Sales).
