I live in South Atlanta and am new to the Real Estate Investment game. I'm originally a Software Engineer that is transitioning to this business. I'm seeking networking opportunities but more importantly mentorship. The software company I'm part owner of has funds and we are seeking to invest wisely. Experience: In late 2015-2016 we invested in an abandoned warehouse with our father. He had owned it for like 8 years so we finally decided to rehab it. This proved to be wise decision since it sold and yielded over $100k in profit. Real Estate Goals: My desire is to be doing this FULL TIME. I have always found it interesting and now I have the chance to dive deep into this business. Ultimately I would like to acquire Multi-Family Homes to begin building a nice rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: Seasoned Investors that would be open to mentoring me. I would also like to meet Private Money Lenders, Contractors, and Real Estate Agents.
