Worked 27 yrs as property mgr and as a social worker. Now I want to fix multi-family hse's and then rent to own to a tenant or sell. I'm going to do so full time . I spend time in seminars, hours in webinars, spend moneys in dvb-cd-tapes bootcamps. Education is important but implementation is priceless. I"ve earn my certificate on foreclosures. i have closed 15 contracts-own them free n clear I'm not pounding the table in frustration because I found Bigger Pockets and there are answers here that guru's don't disclose. l've learn alot from my mistakes but I enjoy the end of a project. From roof, to in-between, to its foundation. It's a good exercise and a wonderful plus to always do something for some one else.
