I'm a semi new investor that is currently investing in upstate New York. I have properties in Schenectady and Binghamton. I'm using the BRRRR method currently and ideally I would like to flip a property or two every year. I'm always curious to learn about investing in a new market. I've been working in IT for the last 9 years, I enjoy playing basketball, traveling, and learning something new everyday.
