I’m Joseph Blankenship, founder of Frontline Veteran Property, a veteran-owned real estate investment company based in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I served 14 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and bring that same discipline, accountability, and commitment to building our multifamily business. Frontline’s focus is acquiring and improving income-producing multifamily properties across North Carolina. Our buy box is B/C-class garden, low-rise, and small to mid-rise communities with 10–50 units and purchase prices of $1.5M–$5.6M, with flexibility for the right opportunity. We primarily target properties built from 1980–2015 where light rehabilitation, better operations, or repositioning can create lasting value. Our core markets are Jacksonville, New Bern, and Wilmington. We also consider Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, the Triad, and other North Carolina growth markets with sound fundamentals. I’m here to build relationships with experienced multifamily sponsors, operators, brokers, lenders, property managers, and mentors. I’m especially interested in deal sourcing, acquisition evaluation, and potential JV or co-GP partnerships with clear responsibilities and aligned goals.
