Joseph Cornwell

My name is Joseph Cornwell, I have lived near Cincinnati, Ohio my entire life. I am a host on the BEST EVER CRE podcast. I am looking to buy single and multi family rental properties. I work with investor clients as a real estate agent, and I own and operate a general contracting company in Cincinnati, Ohio. We do large renovation projects for other investors. Experience: I have flipped one home, and I currently own 125 units over 15 properties. I have experience with buy and hold real estate, creative financing, and done deals from 1-99 units. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio and have assisted numerous commercial and residential clients buy and sell properties. I have sold hundreds of investment properties in the past 7 years, and have done millions of dollars in large renovation projects including my own portfolio and other clients. Real Estate Goals: I "retired" in 2021 from my W-2 law enforcement career. My next goal is 15k/mo in net cash flow from my rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: Single or Multi Family properties to buy and rent. JV Partners on large MF Deals. Residential and commercial clients.
