I am a active member of the United States Military. I purchased my first investment property in Baltimore in June of 2015. I went on to rehab over 20+ properties in 2016 and a similar number in 2017. I specialize in rental rehabs and the occasional flip of very distressed properties. I concentrate on the revitalization of Baltimore City. I was recognized by Bigger Pockets for my success in Baltimore City and was honored to be a guest of the Bigger Pockets Podcast episode #206. I was also a guest on episode #1199 of Best Ever Real Estate Advice Show hosted by Joe Fairless. Experience: I have been investing for about a year now. I currently own 20+ properties. 16 buy and hold properties and four rehabs in various stages. I specialize in rehabbing very distressed properties (rentals and flips). I'm working on expanding my business exponentially. I am also the acting property manager for all my properties. I have accomplished all of this while maintaining my full time position with the US Military and deploying overseas. Real Estate Goals: By the summer of 2018 I would like own 40 rental properties, have completed 20 flips and own at least one Commercial Multi Family Property.
