Hey Guys, my name is Joe Gaston. I am a Real Estate Investor. Our primary focus is to purchase and rehab distressed properties in B and C class neighborhoods. The goal is to provide better living for those familes that find themselves living in rough neighborhoods. Experience: A few Whole sales , a few rental Properties and a few co-ops. Nothing to brag about. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to purchase a minimum of 4 multi family properties every quarter. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for Real Estate Attorney, CPA, General Contractor, Property Manager, Title Company, Portfolio Lenders, Aquisition Manager, Appraisers, Inspectors, Securities Attorney and Loan Servicer. The bulk of my investments are in Buy & Hold Multi Family Rentals, with forced equity potential.
