Joseph Hammel

Hello everybody, I'm Joe a real estate investor from Lake Hallie WI, near Eau Claire WI. I started investing in may of 2012 with a duplex in Lake City MN. I've added to this portfolio since then with a total of 140 units owned by me. I have Wisconsin units in Ladysmith, Barron, Rice Lake, Bruce, Spooner, Sarona, New Auburn, Boyd, Eau Claire, and Durand. In Minnesota they are in Wabasha, Hammond, Lake City and Red Wing. I'm interested in networking with other investors, agents ECT. I've been buying and selling and thinking about the best way to grow my company. I self manage my properties but utilize handymen in different areas that take care of maintenance for me.
