Full time real estate investor based out of Tampa, FL with a background in owning, flipping, and brokering Multi Family property, Mobile Home Parks, Land, Single Family homes, and Manufactured homes. I have experience with both Long Term tenants and Airbnb. I hold my CGC license in FL and have experience with construction management from running heavy rehabs, navigating the permitting process, and working closely with architects and engineers to project completion. I hold my Broker's license in Florida where my team of 10+ agents and myself focus on getting off market residential and commerical leads. My current focus is on growing my brokerage, acquiring more cash flowing property, and ground up development.
