I graduated with a BS degree in chemical engineering and ended up getting into the commercial HVAC sales/design industry in NYC. Real Estate Goals: - Net $300k annually by 2025 through real estate investing - Build a portfolio of 10 units by end of 2020 I want to finally get started and have narrowed down that we're mainly looking for properties in Cincinnati at the 80-220k price range (no preference on SFH or MFH) ideally to purchase below market value to start rolling on the BRRR method of investing. We're also comfortable looking at larger investments for the right deal, but want to get comfortable with the basics.
