Currently active duty Marine Corps. Raah!!! As of right now, I am learning the in's and out's of multifamily rental and commercial loans with the goal of obtaining my first 4plex by 2016. My long term goal is to own and build 100+ unit apartment buildings and hotels in Kentucky.
