I am learning RE Investing, Looking to better myself by making my business profitable Experience: My experience is limited I am knowledgeable on how to find deals and inspect the properties. Currently holding 6 SF units. I have experience with RE investing in the Philippines. Real Estate Goals: To produce a profitable self-running business with a minimum of $5000 a month cash flow. I would like everything paid for with no debt but coming around to the idea that business debt might not be so bad. Bought a few houses using Paypal 6 month 0% financing and Credit Card Transfers. Made central PA my primary area for RE investing and in 2020 looking to expand to Eastern NC primarily along the coast Roanoke Rapids to New Bern. So been pretty much cash only so far, Looking for possible investors who want to invest in the renovation process for a short term or equity partner.
