Joseph McGranaghan

My friends call me Joe. I live in the small town of Middleton NH. I'm 38 years old. Married with a 4 year old daughter. I bought my first 3 unit building when I was 20 years old. Moved into one of the units and rented out the rest. A couple years later I took some equity out and bought another 3 unit. I've also done 2 single family rehabs. I have been in the construction trades my whole life and currently a self employed contractor. Through many mistakes and setbacks over the years, I'm kind of starting over with my real estate business.
