I own buy & hold properties in Delaware County, PA, Philadelphia, PA & Atlantic County, NJ. I recently partnered up with local investors and started a Property Management company, Blue Route Property Management. We manage SFR's and Multi-Units in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
