I am a Newbie investor that is interested in making Real Estate Investing a career. I'm looking to learn about the proper ways to run a Real Estate business properly. I am a veteran from the US Army and served 5 1/2 years active duty and currently still serving in the Reserves. As of right now, I am a full time student and Real Estate investing is part time. Currently, I am networking with local investors and knocking on doors to get in front of distressed sellers. My goal is to help as much people as I can while at the same time gain the experience needed to succeed. Currently, I have my snail mail, email, S corp, business cards and goals established. I'm also attending toast masters meetings to improve my way of communication. I'm focusing on building capital so I can act upon great opportunities when they become available.
