Hey, my name is Josh Ashford. I am a Commercial Insurance Broker by day and Real Estate investor by day and night. I have been in the insurance field since 2010 and there isn't much that I haven't seen. So if you have any questions on residential or commercial projects please use me as a resource. On the RE side, recently, I've invested passively in several single family fix-and-flip syndication deals and am now actively looking for my first fix-and-flip JV deal.
