Married parents of three looking to get out of the rat race. Josh is employed as an engineer. Autumn is part time physician assistant and full time Mom. We are handy, can swing a hammer, hang drywall, trim, rough electrical and plumbing. Have done 1 large flip successfully. Currently looking for fixer upper 2-4 unit multi families to work the BRRRR method. Live in Vermont.
