I'm Josh Brook, founder of Brook Realty in the Twin Cities west metro. I work with investors, buyers, and sellers across Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, and beyond — and I'm building out a commercial real estate division focused on retail, tenant rep, and business sales. I sit on the Minnetonka Local Board of Appeal and Equalization, which gives me a grounded lens on how property values are actually assessed in this market.
