About myself
Hello BP! I'm Josh, born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y, husband and father of an amazing little dude named Gordon. I've been around the block a couple times in my life and worked in many different industries. I'm early retirement obsessed and a die-hard follower of Boglehead investing philosophy (get rich slow!). I've always wanted to own rental properties and have been given the chance to put my long standing plans into action. I'm seeking to create and aggressively expand a rental portfolio within the next 6-18 months. I LOVE this forum and seriously can't wait to make some money with you folks!
