Hi, I'm a newbie to real estate investing. I've rehabbed my own home in Northern Virginia which had about everything go wrong. It was by no means a deal but an overpriced short sale looking back at it. I have some ties to Columbus, OH and am looking at this market. My goal is to purchase one property by April 2020. Looking for properties that are 1-4 multifamily and single-family homes with the main focus being positive cash flow with no major rehab.
