Joshua Diaz

Hello Everyone. My name is Joshua Diaz. I am 30 years old and currently employed full-time. I recently started seriously considering being a part of the investing world. I am someone who knows virtually nothing about how to invest properly and especially not when it comes to real estate. I had started my research with stocks, bonds, and trusts. My research led me to something called REIT which then led me to looking up real estate in general. After searching from website to website, I came across the name of biggerpockets.com. As I currently have a full time job and little money (those bills and debts just keep coming, don't they?), I hope to find a way to use investing and real-estate to generate some good income and ultimately achieve some financial freedom. More recently, I am interested in the mobile home park space. I am currently absorbing all I can and would like to connect with individuals in the space as well.
