Josh Hooper

I have been interested in real estate for years. I have always known that it would be my way to achieve financial freedom. My dad introduced me to the Automatic Millionaire and Rich Dad, Poor Dad when I was 12 years old and I have read and re-read hundreds of books on real estate and investing ever since. I started working with a good friend on analyzing properties. We bought our first rental back in 2012 in Birmingham, AL right out of college and have flipped two houses and bought one other rental since then. We are now focused on building our rental portfolio, our network and our knowledge. I have recently transitioned careers from working in Capital Markets to a full-time REALTOR in the Atlanta area.
