I am the Director of Finance and Investments for an RE and business investment company in Sioux Falls, SD. Co-Owner of Air Madness and Union Social in Harrisburg, SD. I have previously worked in Business Banking as well as commercial and ag credit underwriting, appraisal review, and property valuation at various financial institutions. I enjoy scouring markets for service gaps related to real estate, specifically storage facilities and Family Entertainment Centers. Experience: Previously owned and operated 4 self storage facilities totaling 440 units in SD and MN. Sold all in summer 2022 do to supply influxes in local markets. Done multiple lot and property flip deals as well as and wholesaling.
