Graduate from University of Northern Colorado in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis. Husband since 2003. Father of an amazing little girl since 2006. Previously worked as a commercial lender. Now working on starting a franchise. I enjoy creating, improving, adopting, and destroying systems to increase my productivity and efficiency. Experience: 10+ years of investing experience focused on SFH and Multi-Family. Best success has been with value-add projects including flips and buy-fix-rent properties. 5+ year of experience as a commercial lender financing small and medium sized businesses as well as farms, rentals and homes. Currently Seeking: Current farm areas include: -Northern Colorado/Front Range for Flips and any size buy and hold properties -Spartanburg, SC for any size buy and hold, -Florida, Georgia, the rest of South Carolina, and Dallas/Ft.Worth, Texas for larger buy and hold properties (40+ units) Preferable buy and hold projects include some-sort of value-add component.
