Experience: 1st deal: Purchased house, with the help of my parents, at the bottom of the market in SE Portland in 2012. Rehabbed Bathroom, Kitchen and Landscaping and sold in 2015. 2nd deal: With the sale of the Portland house, my wife and I were able to purchase a Duplex out in Newberg Oregon and are currently house hacking. Real Estate Goals: My wife and my goals are to repeat what I outlined in my "Experience Section" above at an accelerated rate.
