I’m the Broker-Owner of Garner Mortgage, an independent mortgage brokerage based in Bend, Oregon. A great way to pay my way through school! Caught a huge break after the 2008 recession and bought my first home in Oregon. Through some creative financing (and huge market appreciation), I've expanded my portfolio, and am actively looking to expand both at home and out of state. Real Estate Goals: Just achieved my goal of having 20 rentals in my portfolio by 2022, now scaling back to improve quality over quantity.
