I’m Josh Honken, a Cincinnati Realtor with Keller Williams Seven Hills and an Ohio-licensed real estate professional, license #SAL.2018000405. I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Greater Cincinnati. Residential sales and first-time homebuying are a large part of my business, but I’m also a real estate investor myself, so I understand why investors tend to look at a property differently from someone purchasing a primary residence. My approach is practical and data-driven. I like to look at the property, neighborhood, current MLS information, potential rental considerations, ownership costs, and the client’s broader goals rather than relying on a single number or assumption. I also work with luxury properties, condos and townhomes, and clients navigating real estate decisions during divorce or other major transitions. Areas I know throughout Greater Cincinnati include Anderson, Blue Ash, Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Kenwood, Lebanon, Liberty Township, Loveland, Maineville, Mariemont, Mason, Milford, Montgomery, Symmes Township, and West Chester.
