Thanks for your interest in me and my real estate endeavors, I am a Realtor® and investor born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. In the last 4 years I have leveraged my real estate skills in aiding 300+ new or experienced investors in creating property wealth; I steadily created numbers like this by building up a solid and talented team around me. In contrast, as an investor, I built up a $25M+ portfolio through Buy-and-Hold, BRRRR’s, and Fix-and-Flips, and have been interviewed on the BiggerPockets podcasts multiple times along with other platforms. Take a look at these informative and educational podcasts if you would like to learn more. 2025: The goal is to continue to deepen the relationships and continue to grow with the network of investors I’ve been working with over the years and to continue to add more investors (new or experienced) to the network! I will also be focusing on expanding the Janus Development team which provides turnkey rentals to investors looking for single families and small multi families. Last year we did 30 properties and are pushing to get to 75+ successfully turned and sold as the demand continues to grow. 2024: The main focus is working with out of state investors as an investment friendly realtor. I’m on track to sell 200+ homes and they consist mostly of turnkey or value-add 1-4 unit properties. The majority of these are sourced via off market with my team through various marketing and networking strategies that will be shared with you. As an investor I will own 200+ units (15M+ value) by the end of the year. Janus Development is on track to renovate and complete 30+ turnkey rentals to investors focusing more on the turnkey side of investing. 2023: As a realtor I sold 150+ homes for a total of 25M+ volume as an investor friendly agent in the Cleveland and Columbus, OH markets and started Janus Development which is focused on purchasing distressed properties, renovating them to present as turnkey rental properties to investors looking for turnkey properties. As an investor I purchased buy-and-hold single family and multi family properties, executed BRRRR’s and other strategies in both markets and crossed the 100 unit mark. I focus on building systems to find and present you deals from various sources whether that is MLS listings, pocket listings, wholesaler deals, networking directly with sellers and others.
