About myself
I started with my first investment with a condo in Capitola, CA in 2020 and rehabbed the property to then used the equity to purchase a duplex where we are using the BRRRR strategy to live'n'flip, house hack and STR. Then hopefully off to new endeavors after that. I work a sales job for Trek Bikes as a Territory Sales Manager for my day to day duties and love to mountain bike and surf the beautiful Santa Cruz landscape.
