I am a member of the Home Seekers Team, one of the top producing teams in greater Lansing. As such, I am excited about the level of service I can provide clients. I started my real estate journey in January 2020 when I purchased my first single-family home. Since then, I have acquired 5 more single-family homes and 2 duplexes. I got started by doing a cash-out refinance on my primary residence (now a rental). I formed a partnership for my last deal to purchase 6 of the units. I manage 7 of the 10 units myself, so I can help direct investors on managing their properties. I am a licensed CPA and Financial Specialist, so I am comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements. As such, analyzing deals is where I can provide the best service. I have concentrated on cash flowing properties with a target of a cash-on-cash return of under 5 years.
