Bought my last house foreclosed on. Lived in it for almost 5 years and slowly fixed it up. Bought a new primary residence and now renting my old house. Bought two houses cash using a cash-out refinance on my other investment. Real Estate Goals: 10 buy and hold properties within 5 years. 25 buy and hold properties within 10 years.
