I'm investor, living in Carle Place got inspired by bigger pocket ; I buy and hold rentals in Nassau and Suffolk country in NY. I look Forward to expanding my portfolio out of states OH, IN, NC and FL. Experience: I have been doing house hacking & as a results gained several cash flowing rental property. I'm currently a Property manager / landlord, Manage & Maintain commercial buildings. I would love to do real estate full time & so happy to found a place where people in common hangs out. Real Estate Goals: I wish to have 42 cash flow rentals , mixtures of single & multi-families in next 7yrs. This is my wealth building phase. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking multi family , triplex & fourplex. My local market doesn't cash flow well so, I'm looking & learning more towards Suffolk country & out of state area because they are more reasonable.
