I am very energetic and driven to always test the norm. I love music, and building things with my hands. I have built race cars, built houses, driven semis, and work in IT currently. I have found ways to make money at any hobby I have gotten into and have the hobby pay for itself. I enjoy people and creating opportunities. I dont like sitting on the side lines and watching life happen. I would rather fail 50 times and learn something then never fail and never learn. Experience: My wife and I are full time employees in IT. I work in an Investment Bank and my wife works with Government contracts. I have 5 years of working for a General Contractor building SFH/Apartment/Condos from the ground up as well as rehab/handyman experience as well as Home Inspector License. My Wife is PMP certified. Real Estate Goals: Build a business with Rental Properties/Vacation homes and flip houses for profit to reinvest into buying more rentals. The BRRR method is the strategy I want to employ. Currently Seeking: Other hungry Investors willing to go in on properties as I learn more about the process and develop a team to reach my goals, and the goals of the team that I put together.
