Josh Reighard

I’m a Chicago real estate broker, investor, and landlord with nearly 20 years of experience buying, selling, renovating, and managing my own investment properties. Today, I lead the Josh Reighard Group at Baird & Warner, where we work with buyers, sellers, house hackers, and investors throughout Chicago. I specialize in 2–4 unit properties, value-add opportunities, and helping clients evaluate deals from both a real estate and investment perspective. Because I’m an investor myself, I understand there’s a lot more to buying a property than simply finding something you like. I help clients think through purchase price, rents, renovation costs, financing, cash flow, long-term appreciation, and exit strategy — while connecting them with a trusted network of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, architects, and other local professionals. I’m especially active in Pilsen and Chicago’s surrounding neighborhoods and enjoy working with everyone from first-time house hackers to experienced investors looking to grow their portfolios.
