Josh Ridpath

Josh Ridpath is a commercial real estate appraiser based in Richmond, Virginia and the founder of Ridpath Group, LLC. Josh is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and earned his Master of Science in Business with a concentration in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. He has varied experience and has worked with and trained under some of the brightest minds in the industry. Josh has a passion for teaching others about real estate and valuation issues and has extensive experience in markets throughout Virginia, Ohio, and South Florida. Josh also enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, cycling, and listening to podcasts.
